Pros

Almost 7 years in the company, and I still enjoy it a lot. I have grown a lot in the company and with the company. I have been working at a various number of positions, in R&D as Individual contributor, Dev lead , ePM, Engineering Manager, and in different fields : API, plateforme scalability, Network integration, Recommendation, Machine Learning... This is a good match for me, as I get bored easily. I need to change often. I always have found new exciting challenges within Criteo. What I like in this company is that as soon as you have a bit of Karma (proven yourself a bit), the company is supporting you and keen on taking risk on you to bring you where you want to be. I rarely see/heard that in company of that size.

Cons

Current employee evaluation process is made every 6 months. The added value is that you have a great feedback and the process is super fair. Downside is currently it takes a tremendous amount of time to management. We need to fine tune it.

Hello there, Thank you for your feedback! Your point on new challenges and new adventures is absolutely spot on. With the kind of growth we're experiencing, there's opportunity for everyone to stretch themselves and take on something new when they're ready. And it's great to be a part of a company that actually supports it! Separately, your point on the feedback process is very fair. This will be shared with the R&D HR team for their consideration. Hello, thank you so much for taking the time to submit your thoughtful and balanced review. Although you obviously have some great things to say about Criteo (thanks!) there are obviously some challenges within our competitive inside sales (midmarket) teams that we have an opportunity to address. If you feel comfortable, please do reach out to discuss this more either with your manager or HR! It's important to us to maintain a healthy level of competition, but if you feel that we should be supporting our reps more, please do reach out with suggestions - these are important to us! Best, HR
