It sounds like overall you're enjoying the Criteo atmosphere and work ethic, which is awesome. But at the same time you're right to call out the growing pains we have. We've globalized and expanded so quickly that sometimes communication seems disjointed, issues might seem redundant, or things might slip through the cracks. We're working hard to target these. If there are specific examples of areas you see could be improved, please do raise these directly with your functional leadership or local HR. This is important to us! Hi there - thank you so much for your feedback! Absolutely agree when you're at Criteo, you get to work with some of the smartest engineers in the world! We know the challenges of having the engineering function split between Paris and Palo Alto is a difficult one, but it's been amazing to see the growth of the Palo Alto team over the last few years, and we're excited to see more of that going forward!
