Pros

Trying to emerge in a growing market.

Cons

Stear clear of Criterion as an employee or client. The software is no where near where it should be to service any client in any aspect of business including recruiting, benefits, payroll, performance, and the like. All staff will tell you lies to get your signature on the contract but please don't buy in to these. There are so many other products that are lightyears ahead of Criterion and even less expensive.

Peace of mind that my interests will be protected Reliable and credible small company which honored every commitment, oral and written Fairly good career growth opportunities Friendly atmosphere and lots of goodwill

Cons

Company had regional presence and therefore was exposed only to North East market opportunities and clients. Inability of management to gain business thru networking with hiring managers in large companies as competitors were able to. Organic growth and orthodox management philosophy
