Employees leave after a few months, and it's no surprise as to why

Pros

My coworkers are nice, but I haven't been able to make any meaningful connections with any of them since they usually leave shortly after I meet them.

Cons

Terrible leadership, incompetent management, toxic work culture, and no room for growth. I can see why a lot of employees end up leaving the company after just a few months. Definitely wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.
