Pros

Great place to start your career! Overall, the engineering and production teams are relatively small. So one gets to work with almost everyone in the company. Good performers get identified pretty quickly, and are given more responsibilities based on their interests.

Cons

Due to the small size of the company, short term sales targets can dynamically change the priorities of the manufacturing and engineering teams which can sometimes get overwhelming.

- Free lunch on site - Nice grounds surrounding office

Cons

-Business disciplines managed/headed by scientists with lots of ideas about science and no idea about business or marketing -Marketing practices stuck in 1995 -Very poor understanding of digital techniques -Do not listen to staff or consider their ideas -Rule with iron fist -Low wages -Dreadful open plan offices with senior managers overlooking less senior managers overseeing the 'pit' of lower-level workers. Imagine a 21st century factory in an office. Never again.
