Worst company ever, they will treat you like dirt.

Pros

OK benefits, just average. Can't think of anything else unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.

Cons

There is no training in the accounting department. You will be expected to just know everything. The training is so poor and this company will make you feel horrible about yourself daily and they make it feel like torture. Also, don't ever complain about harassment if you do they will find a reason to fire you as they only care about those who have been there a very long time. Don't leave your job for this place you will regret it. Also, not a diverse place at all to work.

Pros

Great workplace with friendly and harmonious atmosphere. Everyone is focus on getting the job done together. No unnecessary challenge, feels comfortable.

Cons

Limited to the business size, means limited career opportunities. The organization chart is stable which brings the stable occupation, but on the other side, it's few promotion space.
