Pros

The Company has grown so fast, it's really neat to be part of an exciting and dynamic company. I have been here for three years and have worked on a number of different projects - it is a lot more interesting than my big four experience. The Company has a great culture which makes it fun to work with fellow employees.

Cons

With growth comes stress. There are more service line offerings and being able to move to different projects becomes harder as client needs become more specific and you develop deeper skills in a set area.
