Pros

I love working at CrossCountry Consulting! Over my time at CCC I have worked with some of the best people in my career and across some extremely interesting projects. Lots of companies claim to have a people-first culture and don't deliver, but at CCC people first is truly a reality. Other pros include: - Talented co-workers - Supportive Management - Diverse experiences

Cons

As with any growing company there can be growing pains - and there have been some with regard to internal systems and some benefits. However, management is continually investing in the firm and soliciting advice, so I can honestly say that any issues I have had were considered and attempted to be resolved as soon as possible.

Pros

Decent pay. Hours are great. Worked 8-5 most days. They have a great overtime pay system as well which allows you to have long weekends

Cons

The projects are really boring. The recruiters don't have a clue what they actually do which is was frustrating when talking to them. They lied about the jobs I would be working on. The work is basically accounting for Freddie Mac or accounting for other companies. Management are too busy trying to charge you out to make a quick dollar to care about you.

A breath of fresh air

Pros

In the world of consulting, CrossCountry is a breath of fresh air. When I joined last year, I thought that the quality of the recruiting, operations and delivery team leadership teams was exceptional. I waited for quite a while to find the catch... There isn't one. This is a group of genuinely nice people, that are great at their jobs, care about one another and have their people top of mind. It is still a startup environment with a ton of opportunity for eager, driven professionals to make their mark.

Cons

Flexibility is required given the nature of consulting work. Most work is local, but some travel may be required.
