      Pros

      Great culture, leadership, clients, and project opportunities in the commercial space. Many areas to get involved internally, including coaching families, working groups, interviewing, committees. Definitely a place where you are heard and appreciated.

      Cons

      Still developing service lines and structure as the company is young and internally ever changing. Performance management and some policies are revised and change, but usually makes sense and for the better.

      Pros

      -Provides challenging projects where you learn and grow. -The firm culture has a close family feel. -You get to drive your own success and are not micromanaged. -Strong set of core beliefs. -Rewarded and recognized for hard work.

      Cons

      Any consulting company that is growing as rapidly as CrossCountry is for only being around for ~5 years is going to have some challenges. It's difficult to place everyone on their first choice project since certain accounts are the firm's bread and butter, which make staffing them a priority. That being said, if you know there is something you want to be working on in the future and can't get there initially, sticking it out for a while is probably the way to go.

      great people to work with travel out of town allowances H1B visa sponsorship

      Cons

      Big4 program still audit lots of admin Still developing the brand favours client side over employee for obvious reaons
