      The leadership team truly lives the culture that they preach, I've never had such a positive working environment from co-founders down to the consultant level

      Cons

      The work could be repetitive given they had just opened their new office. This changed as CCC grew in the market and gained more clients

      The company has a strong recruiting process in place to make sure they hire people that suit their culture

      Cons

      Does not facilitate employees needs or requests for engagements that suit their skills or skills they want to develop. Many employees put on certain projects and are on their indefinitely as to not upset the client

      Consulting company that treats you like a human

      Pros

      Coming from a large consulting company, the difference was night and day. Warm , friendly people. Not a competitive or hierarchical environment like I was used to. Partners and executives are approachable and treat you with respect. It feels like a much healthier environment than other consulting companies.

      Cons

      Benefits package is a bit weak compared to other consulting companies. I pay thousands more out of pocket for health insurance and 401k match is less.
