Where harassment is encouraged and rewarded

Business Outlook

Pros

Unlimited PTO Hybrid work schedule

Cons

The leadership does not care about their employees and turns a blind eye to bad seeds who make the workplace unwelcome. Rather than address valid reports made by employees, they retain and favor these personalities and treat their behavior like fodder to gossip about. Regardless if remote or in-person, the culture is riddled with harassment, unprofessionalism, and threats. Leadership routinely does nothing. Everyone else is forced to endure this behavior and continue working with these individuals. If you get approached by a recruiter, avoid at all costs.
