      Pros

      Good management, good benefits, good training, place for advance, if you willing to relocate, HR very helpful quick communication and very accurate

      Cons

      Not stable according to location. No job security. Related on account and if union no train to approach to local HR rules. Lack of relocate program.

      Worst decision by a CEO that got himself fired

      Pros

      Haven't found any........well the "quarterly catered lunches." As the dept secretary I ordered pizza on their dime. Not quite what I call catered. Offer a bunch of training courses that mean nothing outside of Crothall employment. And the only time to complete them are while you are on the clock. Who gets to sit down at a computer for hours and not do the work they were hired to do?

      Cons

      Promises not kept, training is beyond elementary ex. PPE for a dept of seasoned Hosp Maint employees, read verbatim by the director like he was reading to a group of first graders.High changeover in leadership, 5 directors in less than 5 years. One of them was wonderful but left due to Crothall losing contract and he left Crothall completely. He was to good for Crothall services.
