Pros

The company offers great perks, giving the employees catered luncheons on a quarterly basis. The atmosphere is incredibly laid back with little to no stress.

Cons

Crothall is notorious for incredibly low pay and unfortunately little to no growth because no one wants to leave so there is no room for advancement.

Pros

Crothall is a decent start for those coming out of college and needing experience. The best part is that you can start as an operations manager, and at a reasonable salary too. I got promoted within a year and a half, and after 3 years I could be a director somewhere if I wanted that; upward mobility is there if desired.

Cons

They are a traditional company that want to profit and meet their bottom line, do not expect innovation. As an example, Crothall will emphasize the importance of training, but the company does not not want to allocate the necessary resources to produce quality training programs for associates; thus elementary training programs are utilized with discretionary methods produced by the facility. With the aforementioned bottom line, do not expect timely responses from corporate as they will reduce and run on minimal staffing in all facets, e.g. payroll. Also, like many companies, processes evolve, but their processes and policies lack, in my opinion, deliberation and true means of resolve. Lastly, good luck hiring and retaining associates or colleagues (by colleague I refer to a PA or OM that are not MITs). Along with rudimentary training and development, wages and benefits are atrocious for any self respected individual wanting to make a stable living in life; many work second jobs, but that is irrelevant to the company.
