Pros
Job Security, solid management, fast paced environments, autonomy, opportunity for growth, opportunity to relocate to desired locations, company growth. Financially the company performs well so the pressure to perform is cyclical instead of 24/7.
Cons
Upper level managment (corporate) too focused on financials and not enough on service delivery. Crothall is very large and it becomes easy to "get lost" in the size of the company as an employee. I would much rather work for a smaller company but I would lose the opportunities that come with a company like Crothall.
