      Pros

      Crothell employess and mangement walk the talk regarding dedication to quality and integrity. It is a growing firm with very highly knowledgable staff and leadership. It is a member of the Compass Group which is a solid major international employer

      Cons

      Communication between the services group can be improved. The company is behind the curve regarding being a diverse company but working toward it. Benefits are a bit on the high side for the employee.

      Always busy so the day goes by fast

      They would run out of supplies like toilet paper paper towels floor cleaner. Did not train employees properly. Don't pay overtime
