      - While the on-site team is forward thinking the executive leadership is ran by degenerate white men only; whom embrace their outdated ways of thinking and only care about their new houses, cars and boats. Very much so an old boys club. - The union acts as a gang to bully and intimidate managers, there is no support for these actions
