      Lack of professionalism, employees are cheated out of holiday pay, directors falsifying records, and firing whistleblowers.

      Has Potential -- Mismanaged

      Pros

      Consistent hours; consistent pay; good vacation and sick days; good healthcare; vertical growth opportunities; IF this company invested in competent managers and competent employees, then this would be a great position for someone looking for a fast-paced, client-facing job that is stable and engaging.

      Cons

      When I left Crothall, the company was completely mismanaged at the lower levels; managers weren't held accountable for helping PFCs; they consistently failed to get PFCs logins, schedule appropriately, ensure that we were getting breaks, and avoided resolving conflict, inefficiencies, or do literally anything helpful. There was one manager who shouldered most of these issues when two new managers were hired. The two new managers couldn't even manage a kindergarten class if they were pressed to.

      15 an hour for entry level, no experience needed

      Cons

      No holiday pay, no PTO, no appreciation, nurses usually treat patient transport like gum on the bottom of their shoe. No room for advancement, timed for your jobs.
