This is a great hospital to work for. There is, and should be, pride in the patient care and a nice, collanorative, team-like mentality.

Cons

Some issues with transparancy and communication from administration. Out dated programs and equipment

Multiple corporate discounts and offers available to employees. Pay for continuing education after 1 year on the job. CEO keeps employees up to date with happenings at Crouse.

Cons

Have to pay for parking and have to be shuttled from south side of Syracuse to hospital drop off location. Pay is not comparable to other central NY hospitals.
