Pros

- Amazing, knowledgable and respectful colleagues - Remote and on-site - Learning opportunities, conferences - 1-2 times a year meeting the whole team

Cons

Sometimes projects are "conference driven" which might get by surprise. Good part of that is that was acknowledges while ago and such cases are rare now.

Pros

CS have a great culture which promotes adding value to the customer with everything we do. They encourage collaboration, focus on learning (not mistakes/negatives), promote employees working from home to help with work-life balance, and generally want people to succeed so the company succeeds in its mission.

Cons

No complaints from my end.
