      Pros

      I have been with crowdstrike for more than a year and so far the journey has been great. Good work culture, flexible working hours, benefits like free snacks and soft drinks, transport facility if you are working late. Since its a growing company it's putting a lot of effort to make this place a great working place.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don't see any cons but I would definitely add here that it's a growing company and certain things might not be good or smooth in comparison to what we have seen in a big organization. But certainly, it had made a big improvement overall.

      Pros

      A lot of options for 100% remote but also offices all over the world. Great benefits. Extremely exciting work environment and atmosphere. Trust in senior leadership. If you're passionnate about cyber security, I don't think there's a better place to be.

      Cons

      The only con used to be no 401k match but that has changed now. So none!

      The actually best product on market Amazing work life balance Nice environment

      Cons

      More travels to talk to customer, I know it is expensive but also is really important in in some accounts in some countries.
