Pros

Company culture is great - everyone and anyone is willing to help you learn anything you need to be successful in sales. Reps are between the age of 20-30. Company is continually growing so you have the luxury of building relationships easily with other dept

Cons

After 1 year of being a sales rep, you can go anywhere in the company except for the fact they don’t provide any guidance on how. When I got hired on they said 12 months, now we’re looking at 16. Barely any exposure to other career paths. Processes are still being built.
