      I thought it was too good to be true!

      Pros

      They are serious about the people dimension of the business. I was a bit skeptical during the interviewing process because it sounded a too good to be true. Trust is critically important to a solid relationship. Corwe has demonstrated time and time again that they trust their people.

      Cons

      Relatively new to the firm but "we" need to figure out how to ramp up the learning around how to connect with internal people resources.

      The culture was amazing. People were personable and down to earth.

      None unless you don't want to work 60 hours as an intern. I enjoyed it

      Really good work-life balance (work from home, flexible, etc.). Talented group of people to challenge you and push you to excel. Career orientated firm, see's you as a person, not a number.

      Cons

      Interactions from the corporate level can feel cliché at times.
