Pros

Great people, management actually treats you like an adult! Competitive pay, on par with Big 4 Firms. Firm is going in the right direction under a CEO who seems to understand the direction tax is headed.

Cons

like any public accounting firm, the hours can get a bit long around busy season (though not nearly as bad as some places I have worked). They say they are also a "Technology Firm" but a lot of the tech seems a bit old and buggy, and newly developed tech seems to create more problem than solutions.

Pros

Workplace flexibility has been such a great benefit to keep from getting in a rut, or on days when not feeling ideal or even when need to be home for service people and not have to take time off. The true benefit for me, however, are the available benefit packages - my husband and I have reduced our monthly insurance/benefits payment significantly!

Cons

I really have not run into any at this point.

Pros

The people are fabulous -- During the onboarding time, you are exposed to people who can help you in your position no matter where in the country they live. People are willing to stop what they are doing to help you and answer your questions. The company is very tech savvy -- equipment and software is always up-to-date. Great benefits. I wish I had started here 20 years ago!

Cons

None with Crowe -- my only complaint is the commute, especially in the afternoon, is long, but that's a Miami issue.
