      - Smooth interview process - Having many youngsters to work together - Base salary is above average

      Cons

      - Most of the staff are fresh graduates - Having a few seniors to share the workload - Manager and partner step in at very late stages when deadlines is about to due. - Low bonus

      Pros

      Less workload, you will get time for grooming. Your leaves can be approved. You can take breaks when needed and work pressure is very less. Salary is paid on time.

      Cons

      Because the firm size/team size is way too small, you will see groupism and senior monopoly. You will be micromanaged and observed all the time. There are seniors who have grabbed their positions and will not let honest workers come up. They will always overshadow you and take credit for your hardwork but will put all the blame on you in case of any misconduct just to defame you. Appreciating someone is not in their dictionary! But defaming and demoralizing definitely is. The company is known for it's work culture but i didn't find any base, witnesses, proof, experience over that. None of my colleagues were happy!
