      Pros

      Staff level is a solid group of individuals, and really fun to work with, and that right there makes the dreadful busy season bearable. Crowe pays for everything, and I mean EVERYTHING!

      Cons

      Wayyyy to conservative for me, and I understand you'll have this at an accounting firm, but try to loosen up a bit.

      Pros

      - Exposure to a wide variety of clients, which allows you to broaden your horizon. - Great exposure to the client at entry level positions. - Patient management that is willing to help you learn.

      Cons

      - Some clients are very small, which may limit opportunities outside of the firm. - Somewhat limited resources compared to larger firms. - Some client engagements seem to have miscommunications, which lead to pushing back the job.

      Pros

      Strong firm values, collaborative environment, diverse cultural workplace, good people, strong and reasonably open communications to the firm, benefit package is balanced and reasonably priced.

      Cons

      Goals for charge hours, portfolio growth and sales are not realistic for Senior Managers if a reasonable work-life balance is to be maintained. People should not have to work 20-25% overtime to keep pace. The bonus structure is weak when compared to other firms and industry.
