Crowley is where everybody would love to work

Pros

The company has a great work environment, and, in my opinion, that's one of the greatest qualities to look for, the salaries are not bad at all. Also I can mention, the company had invested a lot in their career paths, it has a great team working on people development.

Cons

It takes too long to upgrade, salaries could be much better
