      I was happy to get hired and have a job but immediately regretted it!

      Cons

      Beware because most of the people here are racist! The discrimination is awful, managers provide no support, and leadership is so incompetent you'd rather not have a job and be unemployed!

      Crown Equipment! When "Breakdowns" Become Your Job.

      None. Constant chaos, Disorganized mess!

      Cons

      Equipment breaks down constantly, and Crown operates like a bakery from the Middle Ages. Trying to get replacements parts is like pulling teeth from a greased pig. You become a master MacGyver, cobbling together fixes with duct tape and hope.
