      Crown Bakeries' Insulting Health Coverage

      Pros

      None. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually values its workers!

      Cons

      Their health insurance is a joke. Bare minimum coverage that won't even pay for half a decent hospital visit. Crown Bakeries only cares about their bottom line, not their employees. They treat us like replaceable cogs in a machine.

      Management acts like nothing's wrong

      Easy interview and quick hiring process due to the fast turnover.

      Cons

      The promised shift of Monday-Friday 2-10pm goes beyond that! But management acts like nothing's wrong, that it isn't stressful for us or not even exhausting! They think it's ok coz they pay us anyway, but what's really awful is that it affects our lives outside of work as well as our health!

      Great company to work for.

      Pros

      Great schedule, relaxed atmosphere for a production facility, pay is fair, the best PTO you could hope for that works extremely well with our schedule. The team at crown is a great group of people to work with.
