      Employee culture makes it easy to work, learn and grow in a challenging environment. Industry demand and early decision makers have fueled the financial position and growth of this company.

      Cons

      Antiquated systems and tools have created blind spots, making it difficult for leadership to effectively manage the business. A never ending cycle of system enhancements and process changes has been implemented over the years to band aid the issues. These constant changes make it difficult for employees to adjust and clearly see the vision of the company.

      CCI has good benefits and office spaces

      Cons

      The management in minor league, comprised of JV quality players. Many just do not have enough real world experience in managing projects and people. White collar on the outside, but very blue collar on the inside. In fact, my time at CCI was the lowest professional experience in my whole career.
