      Good people who are hardworking and generally friendly.

      Cons

      Poor abscent management, low pay. Doesn't appear to be a place to grow a career. Most people in the department two years ago have left for greener pastures. Lack of diversity in Canonsburg.

      Fast growth within small cell networks organization means that there are growing pains. Structured corporate environment makes it difficult to affect change and adapt quickly to growing pains.
