Pros

Crown is a great place to work. Every day I feel like a valued employee and a vital contributor to the team. My roadblocks are cleared by my managers, my team is solid, and our dedication to our internal and external customers is high. The culture is about fairness, customer obsession, and win-win-win cooperation- a rare target to actually hit. I came from a polar opposite company and found Crown to be a welcome change. The company cares about trying to maintain sane & balanced employees, even though they can sometimes ask for your blood to put out the fires. Lower management is dedicated to supporting their teams in every department I have engaged with. The total compensation over time is reasonably generous. Available PTO is acceptable. Unofficial, but official flexibility is very real and used effectively to address worker needs beyond a slightly overly bureaucratic Business Resources. Training can be hit-or-miss, but the company is supportive of continuing education. It is clear that the company believes in investing in employees. The company seems to be well placed to continue to grow in good and bad economies. The continuing integration of its verticals will continue to increase the per-worker dollar return, which the company seems willing to share with labor.

Cons

On occasion, being an REIT versus a technology company does show. The company leadership are not technical in some significant facets of the company's operation. Built like a 50k person enterprise for an actual population an order of magnitude smaller. Room to scale, but it can feel like a MEGACORP instead of a MegaCorp. The challenge resolution can be tiresome because polite showboating is sometimes valued over hard truths. It seems impossible to get rid of mediocre individual contributors.

Pros

I love working here, you are not overworked or bored. I don't feel stressed out coming into work and work load always feels manageable. If there is an IT problem this company is very quick to fix it. They value me and want the best for my career and want me to get promoted if I deserve it. We receive a bonus annually, good economy or not. The pay is competitive and your salary will go up yearly. I am never here past 6. Health benefits are amazing! There is no drama, it seems to get nipped in the bud quick. Amazing CEO who genuinely cares about us. I met him and he is so down to earth and very personable.

Cons

The only cons I can think of is probably management training. There is not enough training for managers, and I don't mean pointless videos. I am talking about how to manage a team and be fair. I think the expectation can get very high and I think its reasonable but I don't want to find out what happens if they are not met.
