Workload can be heavy. Must be able to adapt to a changing environment and be capable of learning through hands off training.

What ever happened to Jay Brown? Early on during Covid he was posting every week, sending e-mails, and showing major leadership. Now he has vanished just as the company is reporting bad earnings and laying off long serving employees in the pst we had awesome company conversations after earnings calls where employees could interact with leadership. Now? Radio silence. Everything feels like it is going south and our leaders are nowhere to be found. It’s really sad, and the once amazing culture is ruined.

Great benefits, good culture. Nice offices, transparent at times.

Cons

Focus has changed from taking care of employees to who you can get rid of. Hiring people outside the company that go against everything they preach about culture. Constant reorganization. Course correcting a bad business decision made a few years ago that cost them a lot in the immediately.
