Pros

The company culture is praised and most people seem to genuinely care about eachother. The company is definitely in the right position for great success in the future. The pay is decent at best, but they supplement that with some amazing retention benefits in annual bonuses and company stock. I don't know how much longer that will last as the company continues to grow, but if you got in a few years ago, you're definitely reaping the benefits today.

Cons

The company has grown tremendously both organically and through acquisitions. This kind of growth can be difficult on company culture even with the best of plans. Unfortunately, I think the company is seeing some of the flaws in its current plan if it hopes to retain the culture it claims to cherish so much.

Pros

The company fosters growth from within. Leadership encourages decision making at a local level but also provides proper guidance when needed. Insurance is great and employee engagement and culture are top notch. If you initially hire as a contractor / vendor just remember to work hard, dont cause problems with others in the workplace and stay true to the B3 values.

Cons

The process to hire and transition from vendor/contractor status until you get a full time opportunity. However, it serves a purpose.

Pros

Pay was average, but benefits were fantastic. Small activities and extras for employees to steer them away from the overall overkill of work with no assistance in sight.

Cons

Micromanagement/favoring of certain individuals. There is a culture that you may find similar in a high school prevalent here. The truth on management and inexperience is very obvious.
