What ever happened to Jay Brown? Early on during Covid he was posting every week, sending e-mails, and showing major leadership. Now he has vanished just as the company is reporting bad earnings and laying off long serving employees in the pst we had awesome company conversations after earnings calls where employees could interact with leadership. Now? Radio silence. Everything feels like it is going south and our leaders are nowhere to be found. It’s really sad, and the once amazing culture is ruined.

This used to be a great company.

Cons

Too much focus on customers and not employees. CEO is interested in only hiring friends into leadership positions that are never posted or discussed prior to hiring. And he’s only interested in company profit, it doesn’t matter any more if employees are happy or advancing. Health Insurance plan is terrible to deal with. B3s are not followed or enforced on anyone. Tower employees are neglected.

Great company structure, and Great C Level

Cons

Engineering Department controlled by few people 2 or 3 and only promote by tapping on the shoulder, in other worlds they pick the next management based on their own preference and not the department need. While there are qualified people, a lot of others are being blocked from advancement due to this culture. These managers operate as they saying go: my way or the highway.
