      Pros

      Standard benefits Medical, Dental, and company match 401K. PTO. Paid Cell phone. Company truck and tools. Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Ridiculous micromanagement and nepotism. Most managers have never climbed a tower ever. GPS installed in the truck so they know where you are at all times. They talk about having this Crown Culture its not there with a high turnover rate. So much for the open door policy. Keep your head down and if you speak up about management issues is does not go over well with the good old boys.
