      Used to be a great company

      Pros

      Before the growth into small cell and especially fiber, Crown was a great company. One where good people were able to advance, upper management was great, work life balance was good and the pay was good. If you had a time machine, go back to 2011 or so and it was a great place.

      Cons

      After the growth, some departments boomed others had to do all of the new work with the same staff, new management is out of touch, nepotism, cronyism and favoritism is the order of the day.

      Great culture, company has a focus and vision. Crown cares about the customer.

      Cons

      More help is needed to meet the market demand. Too many contracted employees.

      Pros

      People actually value other people here- genuinely. Company is led by a wonderful, sharp, group of executives who are dedicated to maintaining the best culture on the planet. Are there flaws- of course. No where is it perfect. You won't find a company anywhere that's more dedicated to making its employees happy. Tower business is the best industry to be in and this is the best company to work for in the industry. Do not turn down an offer if you get it. You will never have any idea what you missed out on- seriously.

      Cons

      Imperfect people who are trying their best.
