Staff seemingly friendly but many backstabbers, gossipers. No room for advancement, very lame, inexperienced middle management. Reminded me of high school....popularity contest. Laid back atmosphere but don't let it fool you; there is lots of drama going on in the background. Office very quiet because most employees are afraid to talk lest it be construed in a negative manner. Way too PC. Management encourages you to speak up but when you do, there goes your career. HR supports management no matter how badly they fail. If an employee is not liked, management writes you up for bogus, nit-picky reasons. Only favored employees EXCEED company expectations.
