      Great benefits. Work life balance is a plus.

      Cons

      Very high school and a bit sexist. Minority management is almost nonexistent. If you’re looking for career advancement then you must play the game.

      Great 401k plan, and stock bonuses awarded for tenure.

      Cons

      Micro management is heavily weighted, but produces nothing but frustrated and annoyed sales people.

      Good Time off- Not stressful work- Not much out of hours

      Cons

      Company grew quicker then it can keep up with. Will be going thru numerous negative changes before it figures out how to continue to succeed. A lot of Senior executives leaving due to the changes.
