That’s why we’re investing this year in our ‘Leading at Crown Castle’ learning program. It’s just one way we’re looking to help people be better leaders. Your suggestion to have leadership spend more time in the offices day-to-day is a great one that we’ll be happy to raise. We want to ensure our anonymous employee survey is an honest assessment of our business, and we don’t want anyone to feel that they’re being pressured into answering in a way that doesn’t truly reflect how they feel.
