      Pros

      Total compensation package is fair.

      Cons

      Executives undervalue experience, rotating senior leaders into roles they are unqualified for. A Fiber guy runs Towers. A Tower Sales guy runs Fiber Sales. Finance guys run Operations. People without customer experiences have run Customer Experience. Be prepared for several reorganizations. Teams are completely reorganized every 24 months. Why? No one knows. Technology quality is poor. Mid-level management has been promoted based on ability to overcome bad technology with Power Points and duct taped Excel trackers. They don’t know how to lead people and the fallout is culture.

      Okay pay, you get good experience, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Unhealthy work environment. their office is located in downtown Seattle, even if you like 5 miles away, you'll need 30 min to get to office. There is no life-work balance, they over work you, and the commute makes it ten times worse. By the time I get home, I am drained. I cannot get enough sleep.
