Pros
Good pay and good people. They hire only the most experienced people that have strong telecommunications backgrounds.
Cons
Process to get hired as a full-time employee is non existent. We are told to put in for open jobs but then these jobs are filled by folks that the boss knows from previous employer. No interviews are done and other more experienced candidates (vendor and FTE that submitted resume for job) do not get a chance to interview.
