Pros

Pay was average, but benefits were fantastic. Small activities and extras for employees to steer them away from the overall overkill of work with no assistance in sight.

Cons

Micromanagement/favoring of certain individuals. There is a culture that you may find similar in a high school prevalent here. The truth on management and inexperience is very obvious.

We're proud of our company's consistent increase in revenue. It's allowed us to grow as a business, and when we perform well financially, our teammates share in that through our annual incentive plan and 401k. Pros

I definitely feel appreciated for my efforts via good pay, good benefits, good PTO, bonus, and stock. Management encourages ownership and empowerment to get the job done. Lots of opportunities across the country. Big focus on training lately is a huge plus. I feel that this will continue to be a long, fruitful relationship.

Cons

EOM can be rough in the field, but we all understand why. The transition with all the new acquisitions has caused some challenges on the internal IT side (applications, etc) but it's starting to come together nicely.

Constant change at the moment can feel tiring. Most coworkers are good people, but there are a few with a bad work ethic and attitude
