Crown Castle is a great place to work - work/life balance is a priority. Executives mean what they say. Huge and growing business. Wireless is the place to be.

Cons

Some growing pains due to massive growth in headcount. Hard to move up due to tremendous retention - people rarely leave.

Great People (co-workers) Kick-off meetings are great (usually big and somewhere other than the office) Employee events provided by the company are fantastic Health Insurance wasn't bad Number of Paid Days Off Free Coffee Great Facilities Gives half days off around Holidays

Cons

Quick to cut employees without warning. Pay was on the low end when you got farther into your career
