Cons

-software is slightly outdated and unstable but gets the job done regardless -inventory a bit of a hassle oncern -sometimes lack of resources to get the proper information needed

Crown has very good leadership. They provide great opportunities to their employees by developing them from within. This allows the folks who work at crown to be friendly, smart, and hard working.

Cons

Only 4 manufacturing locations within the US. However, there are lots of branch locations. Also, the company is constantly growing so this con will be short lived.
