Pros

Good pay, good benefits, great people, birthday off as a paid holiday, overtime is available, number one lift truck manufacturer in the United States.

Cons

No real cons at Crown. If you don't like factory work, you may not want to work in the plants. There are other career opportunities to pursue in New Bremen, OH since the headquarters is located there.

Pros

Excellent product, aftermarket support and sales support staff. Promotes from within on the aftermarket side. Comprehensive factory training provided.

Cons

Sales territories are not divided equally. The income disparity is huge between sales representatives due to geographic and major account responsibilities. It is incredibly difficult for a new hire to succeed. The compensation is beneath the industry standard.
