Pros

Campus Crusade is intensely interested in the growth and development of their staff. They encourage days for personal development, encourage learning, and sometimes demand that learning of different cultures take place. In most cases (though not all) the management is competent and in some cases, those in charge are phenomenal leaders. And every day you step out the door, you are doing something that you are passionate about, that makes a difference in the lives of others, and that brings immense satisfaction.

Cons

There is blur between work life balance at Campus Crusade that is hard to differentiate. Sometimes those in management are not the best leaders in the details; communication between staff members is not always thorough.

You need to raise your own financial support for salary, ministry expenses and benefits. This can be a huge challenge. It tends to be very sink or swim when it comes to doing this as well.
