Cons
Treated horribly. Not payed enough for the work. Don't care if you are sick, need to leave for a personal reason or ready to drop dead. Honestly... worse place I've ever worked at. Oh! You get two 15mins break and a 30mins lunch... yeah no, you get in trouble if you take them. There are also no benefits and no raises.
-Flexible management that is easy to deal with
-Easy schedule with very few required overtime hours
-Good pay for what you do
Cons
-Fixed wages
-Dirty job anyway you look at it - Working with customers is frustrating at times due to ignorant and rude customers, working in the shop is physically challenging, and working outside on the lot is something where you have to work in the heat all day
