Poor communication, 1 HR manager for the entire company, No set rules (its all discretionary), hostel work environment, you will never promote to higher positions unless you are apart of the family or unless you are a male that wants eat,breath, and poop Cruise America. No work life balance, you are treated as if your worthless regardless of how much work you put in, harassment is never addressed. There is no room for growth, and if you are promoted you will never be paid your worth. All of this company is just an act, and the ESOP program is a joke its their way of acting as if they care. You are expected to do more than your job requires ( with no extra pay).Dont think you will get a job if you are wheelchair restricted, or if you have medical issues. ALL of the managment are related ( if that doesnt say something). Should I say more?? they will tell u anything you would like to hear!! I was devoted to this company for 3 years and was the one of the very few that cared about company budget and tried to make a difference, but not one ounce of that was given any recognition! it may be $16 an hour but believe it or not, there are plenty of other companies that will pay you for your work and will have 30x less stress!! Plus must I add, the building is from the 50's th floor feels like it will fall in any day, not sure that they understand the meaning of "technology". The upstairs bathroom smells lik the east wing of a geriatric hospital in a foreign country, because they are to cheap to fix it. Just hope that those who choose to try it out, have better luck!!
