It beats being unemployed but not by much, there are a few teams that care enough about their work, engineering steers the ship
Cons
Highly toxic work environment with no clear direction or strategy, upper management cares more about their own career progression than doing meaningful work, promotion cycles are 100% biased and management plays favorites, there’s absolutely zero accountability across the organization as shown with the miss-handling of the Oct accident, DEI is oversold with very little meaningful work to show
