      Pros

      - The people are fantastic, and everyone is trying to perform to the best of their ability. - Cruise is a place that is constantly growing, which can create opportunities for those that want to take advantage of learning/trying something new. - Leadership is receptive to feedback and makes a sincere attempt to drive change when needed.

      Cons

      - Information sharing across teams is a challenge. - It's not always clear who the decision-makers are on cross-functional projects. - Projects can quickly snowball without having all the right stakeholders involved.

      Pros

      Intelligent, motivated, collaborative team. One of the best missions in silicon valley. Still a lot of opportunity to improve operations/communication after rapid growth. Well funded. Deep OEM partnerships. Management takes real action to care for employees. A great blend of startup agility and guts to make the tough decisions with resources and partnerships of a bigger company that come together to make rapid, tangible progress.

      Cons

      Although this has improved significantly, the opportunities to improve operations and communications along with the grand mission and ambitious deadlines can also come together to be high stress.

      There are a lot of great problems to solve.

      Cons

      Leadership is extremely immature and leaders are more intent on building and maintaining individual kingdoms. Absolutely inability to work together across teams and solve problems for Cruise at the long term. They treat people as expendable, and are first rate liars who will sell you the stars.. but will not allow you to propose or make actual change. It's an old boy's club with one engineering leader having a really loud voice - very unfortunate and unreasonable!
